Our current installed facilities allow us to make counts in the range of 8/1 up to 30/1 in various blends.  We cater specifically to the value added and quality conscience yarn knitting & weaving sectors worldwide. At any given time we are running about 30+ different varieties of yarn on our 80,000 + Spindles. Some of our prime products include: •             Injection Mélange Yarns:  Also known as Reno or Space Dyed Yarns. •             Chain Yarns: In both Siro and Siro/Slub varieties. •             Neppy Yarns: We can do Cotton Neps, Polyester Neps, Multi-color Neps & Fluorescent Neps. •             Heather Grey Yarns. •             Snow Effect and Snow Slub Effect yarns. •             Linen Blended Yarns. •             100% Cotton Mélange Yarns. •             100% Raw white (Ecru) P/C & CVC yarns. •             Poly and Poly/Viscose blend MVS yarns. Our strength remains Knitting yarns. We are currently certified with Inditex, Oekotex, Oekotex-MIG (Made in Green), US Cotton Trust Protocol, BCI, C-TPAT, GOTS, OCS, RCS & GRS. (CMIA from next month) Our main export markets are USA, Portugal, Cambodia, Turkey, Korea, Bangladesh, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, South Africa, etc. Exports accounts for only 30% of our Production.  Rest of all our production sells in the Local Market, where we are the market leader in all fancy and value added yarns, specially our Heather Grey Yarns. We have 4 units within the same premises. Unit # 1 mainly makes Mélanges, Injections, Space Dyed Yarns, Siro Slubs etc.  Total daily production is about 42,500 lbs. Unit # 2 makes only Ecru yarns like PC, CVC, PV, CP Siro Chains, CP Siro Slub Chains etc.  Basically all in Raw Carded or Combed.  Total daily production is about 90,000 lbs. Unit # 3 has 5 AC9’s for making Open End Raw yarns.  Mainly making PC/CVC Raw yarns and Mélanges from 10/1 to 22/1.  Total daily production is about 39,100 lbs.  This unit also has 2 Murata Vortex’s which we use for making PV and 100% Poly knitting yarns.  Total daily production is about 5,800 lbs. Unit # 4 makes mainly Heathers in both Cotton and Polyesters.  Total daily production is about 34,500 lbs. Our normal shipment time is 60-75 days from LC/Advance Receiving date. We have also put up Pakistan’s most advanced fiber dyeing facility (Galvanin & Thies) which would help us reduce our current fiber dyeing and bleaching costs.  Another new milestone for us has been the start of Combing & Compact yarns.  Currently we produce about 15000 lbs of Organic Combed yarns daily.  Our preference remains CVC & PC Ecru Combed yarns. Our new Margasa Recycled Cotton setup has also been started past November, which will cater to the increasing demands of yarns made with Recycled/Reclaimed Cotton/Polyester.  We have also been working extensively on the Sustainability concept to promote yarns with Recycled Polyester or Cotton Content. We are more customer-centric than competitors in Pakistan, and like to develop custom made yarns for our end buyers.  We encourage feedback and are not shy to experiment with various blends, patterns and styles in order to contribute to our buyers’ growth!
