IREO Pride Park 2 Sohna: Price, RERA & Plot Sizes
Real Estate
Business Description
Pride Park 2 is a separate project from IREO Pride Park Sector 4 Sohna
Search "IREO Pride Park 2" and almost every result on the first page is about the first phase: its brochure, its 99acres listing and broker pages for the Sector 4 colony. The only page describing phase 2 is a broker listing published in September 2026. On that listing, Pride Park 2 has its own DTCP licence (115 of 2026), its own registration and its own land, 12.575 acres against phase 1's 18.475. So a price, a possession date or a plot size quoted for "IREO Pride Park" may belong to either. Our page on IREO Pride Park Sector 4 Sohna covers phase 1 in full; this page is about phase 2. When a broker says "Pride Park", ask which licence the plot is on.
Who the promoter is, and why "IREO" is only half the answer
The IREO name sells the plots, but the company on phase 1's HRERA registration is Faith Buildtech Private Limited. Its filing lists IREO email addresses and IREO's website, and the land itself is licensed to six other companies that signed a collaboration with Faith Buildtech before the licence was granted. Faith Buildtech is also the promoter of IREO Savannah in Sector 35 Sohna, where its own filing in early 2024 recorded 320 of 550 plots sold and a completion date of 10 November 2027. That is the working arm of IREO in Sohna.
For phase 2, no record we could read names the promoter or the licensees. It is likely to be Faith Buildtech again, but likely is not enough for a plot costing Rs 1.6 crore or more. Ask for the registration certificate and the licence schedule, and make sure the company on both is the one named in your allotment letter.
It also helps to know the group's history. In November 2021 the Enforcement Directorate arrested IREO's then vice-chairman and managing director, Lalit Goyal, in a money-laundering case linked to homebuyer complaints, and an older IREO project in Mohali went through insolvency. Those cases concern the group's past apartment projects, not these plots, and they are for the courts. What they mean for you is simple: buy the registration, not the brand. A DDJAY plot with a registered promoter, an escrow account and a registered completion date is protected by the paper, whoever's logo is on the hoarding. See our IREO group page for the wider portfolio.
IREO Pride Park 2 price, worked out
The listing gives one rate, Rs 1.35 lakh per sq yd, and one headline, "Rs 1.63 Cr onwards". They agree: 121 sq yd at Rs 1,35,000 is Rs 1.634 crore. So the headline is the smallest plot. The largest, 179.36 sq yd, is about Rs 2.42 crore at the same rate, before preferential location charges, club and maintenance deposits and stamp duty. Treat both as a broker's quote; no developer price list has been published.
